• @isaacgreene Cool, okay. I can fix it. Are you talking about the black keys on F# and G#? I don’t see anything close to pink. You wouldn’t happen to be color challenged when it comes to red-green hues? I should probably change the color scheme so its more accessible? email me so can talk longer?

  • @ChrisPirillo We gotta get you to try Mini or Studio at some point. They are so much better for desktop use than laptop setup.

  • @devilgate oh dang. I like his books also!

  • @devilgate hubris. it’s a failure to see how projecting our way of life onto them may not actually be what is best for the people of Iran. it’s a world of difference between thinking wouldn’t be nice if they were free and actually being “free” like westerners.

  • @devilgate Executing or kidnapping foreign leaders is terrorism. It’s not ok when when a foreign backed rebel group does it or when done directly by the state.

  • @llbbl.blog I might change the win conditions on this at some point. I think it’s randomly too easy…

  • @johnbull.wtf I do think breaking up the miles would be easier

  • @geerlingguy They do really need to stop complaining about this publicly, its not helping them on the business side. Every single model provider did/doing some version of misappropriation/stealing of human produced content. All the providers listed above are Chinese and beyond the control of even the USgov.

  • @ramsey You might try geforce now if the games are on Steam. Not all the games are on there but it works well for us macOS gamers…. until Steam Machine arrives after the RAMMEGEDDON is over.

  • @ramsey [i was working on blog posts for the week] Thank you for tagging me so I can see the updates to the thread here. Thank you @chris for following up.

  • @chris ++1 for Valheim here. I played some of it before with some friends. I would play again. Similar to Minecraft and other multiplayer games, its way better when the friend group can connect to hosted server so you can do coop or async as you want.

  • @tylerlwsmith We also a PSA to the maintainers who haven’t updated their project in more than a year or two. You should archive the repository. “Open Source” implies you are going to maintain it, accept/reject/review PRs for people using your stuff.

  • @todd Books for Linux are tough to recommend. You might try suggesting going to the library and see what they have available. I always learned the best if I had a project or goal. You might try starting there and help them figure that part out.

  • @ramsey Why not two bases? I wanted to get back into it but keep going back to other games. I think there is too much friction playing on the controller with all the inventory management. I think when steam machine out will be time for me to try it again.
